From the minute you first get in touch, we’ll do everything we can to make your home eye test as enjoyable an experience as possible. All our optometrists and optical advisers are highly qualified and experienced, as well as being extremely nice people.
Here’s a quick run through of our home eye test process:
- Details
When you call us, or book your free home eye test, we’ll take a few details and book a home visit at a time convenient for you. - Visit
One of our local expert optometrists will visit, sometimes along with an optical adviser, and ask about your eye history and symptoms. - Test
We’ll then perform a sight test using the latest equipment and charts. - Choose
Once your prescription is decided, you can choose the style of glasses you prefer. We’ll advise on this, if you wish. - Deliver
We’ll arrange to deliver and fit your glasses at the earliest opportunity. - After
Aftercare is free – you can ring us anytime to discuss how you’re getting on, and arrange further visits if you’d like.
