The UK’s largest provider of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes, residential and nursing homes are seeking Process Administrators to assist the Customer Care Manager by co-ordinating the Optical Advisors to ensure delivery of a high quality professional service, with high standards of dispensing, and customer care.
As a member of the team you will unpack spectacles and match the order with the patient record, organise fittings schedules and staff rotas’s with the Customer Care Manager and ensure adjustments, dispensing and re-checks are actioned and resolved within 10 working days.
You must be able to demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy, possess excellent written and spoken English and be able to deal with complex queries, have the ability to analyse problems and implement necessary actions, be a confident and clear communicator when giving explanations to clients and internal staff and have excellent attention to detail in a pressurised environment.
The working hours for these positions are between 6.00pm and 10.00pm Monday to Friday.
