Scheduling CoordinatorGlasgow
Circa. £7,800.00 for 22.5 hours 3 days per week, plus bonus
The UK’s largest provider of home sight tests to individuals in their own homes, residential and nursing homes are seeking a part-time Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the effective scheduling of appointments for new and existing residential and nursing home patients.
As a member of our team you will be expected to book and schedule our patients along with our mobile optical teams utilising their time efficiently. You will need to identify and gain new business through telesales, to answer telephone queries and deal with appropriately, general clerical duties in support of the role.
You must be caring, reliable, friendly, confident and computer literate. You must possess excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to build rapport with our patients, so they feel they are receiving the best service possible.
This is a part time position based on 22.5 hours 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
